In August, I started a mastermind group with 10 amazing women that has now morphed into a brand new online course that starts Monday October 12th.
It’s a 5 week course designed to help you create a solid foundation for moving forward.
We start by clearing the past, navigating beliefs and patterns that are holding us back and creating new truth’s that begin building a rock solid foundation on 3 principles: love, purpose and freedom.
In the second week of the course, we’ll reframe the blocks and patterns we discovered in week one and learn new tools and practices for letting go of what no longer serves us. We’ll expand the new foundation.
Week three is our implementation week meaning that no new content will be released so that we can catch up and integrate all we’ve learned so far. It’s a week of rest if you need that too.
Then, we come back in week four and we’ll build on the foundation with tools and practices that will allow us to create what we REALLY want. After that, we’ll begin creating a framework and roadmap for the next level we want to reach.
Over the course of this program, you will learn:
- Why you are where you are right now
- What led you there
- Where you really want to go next
- How to get there
You’ll also learn time management, emotional and mental mastery and develop plans and systems that work for you and your family, your life and your business.
These are tools I’ve developed over the past 20 years when things went haywire in my own world. In the space of 3 years, I lost my niece to cancer then my sister to a drug overdose. And everything changed for me in the blink of an eye.
Since then, it’s been a journey of discovery and defining what really matters. I’ve opened myself to my true purpose and learned ways to create what I want that defy the standards set by society.
